How do I switch measurements from imperial to metric?

On the app, click the ‘Profile’ section at the bottom of the page and then the settings symbol at the top right. Scroll to ‘Widget.’ At the top, click the drop-down menu saying ‘Imperial/Metric’ and switch to whichever you prefer.
