Using the app, click on the ‘Food’ option at the bottom of the page. Click on ‘+Add “Meal”’ tab you want to enter, e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, etc. In the search bar, type in the food you wish to search for, e.g., chicken breast. Search for the food and click the purple plus button when you have located the correct one. Enter the number of servings you had and the serving size. Click the ‘Add’ button, and it will save it.
