How can I restart a closed chat?

  1. Log into your Qalorie account and go to the “Messages” section on the bottom menu. 
  2. Click on “Closed” on the upper bar. 
  3. Select the client you want to restart the conversation with.
  4. A standard message will appear. You can send it by choosing “Send invite” or you can edit it first and then press on “Send invite.”
