Qalorie requires you to input your data, e.g., height, weight, activity levels, age. You will then select your goal (lose weight/ maintain weight/ gain weight), and using a formula, we will provide you with your calorie and macronutrient goals per day.
Throughout each day, you will input all food and beverages you consume along with any exercise, and we then track your nutritional intake for that day.
It will show how many calories you have consumed and have left on the' Dashboard' along with macro and micronutrient information. By following our calorie guidelines, you will meet your personal goal.
We also strongly believe that seeing visual progress is the key to success, so regularly, make sure to update your weight, measurements and upload photos so you can track your progress.
