- Click on the ‘Exercise’ tab on the app.
- Then select the type of exercise either tap ‘+Add Cardio Exercise’ or ‘+Add Strength Exercise,’ search for the activity and input this along with the duration of the action.
Cardio Exercise
- Search for the exercise you have done.
- For example, search for ‘running.’
- Click the purple plus button to modify the minutes.
- Enter the duration in minutes of the activity.
- Click ‘Add.’ (You can save the activity in favorites by clicking on the star located on the top right corner).
Strength Exercise
- Search for the exercise you have done.
- For example, search for ‘barbell.’
- Click the purple plus button to modify the information.
- Enter the sets, reps X sets, weight, and time.
- Click ‘Add.’ (You can save the activity in favorites by clicking on the star located on the top right corner).
