There are several ways you can input your water intake:
- On the Home page, you will see a water intake section; click on the plus symbol when you have consumed an 8oz glass of water. Continue to do this after each drink.
- Add water directly through your ‘Food diary.’ Head to the ‘Food’ section on the app, click ‘+Add’ to whichever meal or part of the day. In the search bar, enter the type of water you had and serving size, click the ‘Save’ button to save.
- Scan the barcode. When searching for food in the ‘Food’ section, next to the search bar is a barcode symbol. Click this, and this should open your camera up. Scan the barcode of the beverage you wish to add. Make sure the entire barcode is visible to the camera, and the whole barcode is in view.
