1. Go to the 'Food' section on the bottom menu.
2. Press in '+ Add Breakfast' and click on 'Recipe.'
3. Click on the "+" button when you are sure that you want that recipe.
4. If you ate that recipe or are going to consume it, press the "I Ate This" button in the upper right corner and select when you eat that meal.
5. Click the 'Save' button, and now you can see that recipe in the food overview.
